Davis founded Omnna in 2008, and has been the creator and product architect of Omnna from inception. Davis leads the company vision, technology and product strategy. Davis graduated from Iowa State University and has 15-years of experience in creating and selling IT solutions for businesses, with IT hardware and software transactions in more than 50 countries.
Alan E. Meyer
Director & CFO
Meyer began working with the Omnna team in 2013 and became partners with Davis in 2015. Meyer has worked nationally and internationally conceptualizing and implementing strategies for closely held businesses. Meyer currently serves on multiple boards and is Managing Director of GranThor an accounting consulting, management services firm specializing in Turn-Around Management, Equity Investments, and Forensic Accounting. Meyer has a BBA, MBT, and CPA and 25-years in business management.
Michael Gatewood
Director
Michael Gatewood began his career in banking and was President of FCB Sioux Falls with 2 million credit card accounts and 30,000 merchants. He left banking to form Delta Card Services which was a payment processing company in partnership with Woodforest National Bank. Delta Card was sold to Woodforest in 2001 and Mike formed e-Services Group, a Jamaican-based customer service and back office support company that grew to over 4,300 employees. He sold e-Services to Xerox in 2009 and went back to serve as Chairman of Delta Card Services (renamed Merchants’ Choice Payment Solutions) until it was sold to Paysafe for $470 million in 2017.
Besides the involvement in Omnna, Gatewood and and Taylor Kelly own At Point. At Point is a Jamaican-based back office supplier of technical support and customer service for entities in the payments industry as well as Paysafe Associates – an ISO of Paysafe.
Taylor Kelly
Director
After graduating from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Marketing in 2004, Kelly formed Merchants’ Choice Payment Solutions Partners and served as President and CEO. MCPS Partners was a payment processing sales organization that grew to become the second largest sales organization across the country for MCPS and Woodforest National Bank. After selling a majority stake to MCPS in 2016, MCPS Partners a then subsidiary company participated in a larger $470 million-dollar acquisition between MCPS and PaySafe in 2017.
Taylor’s 15 years’ experience in the payment processing sector has helped to create the payments portion of Omnna Software – Omnna Payments.
Besides the involvement in Omnna, Taylor serves on Derby, KS based Rock Regionals Hospital Board of Directors as well as other business partnerships; two of which are alongside Michael Gatewood: Upper Hand Software and At Point.
