Omnna has an opportunity for a Client Services Trainer who can help design, plan, implement and administer, both remotely and onsite, high quality client training on our software platform. The Client Services Trainer will update create and update training materials, conduct private client training sessions onsite (traveling internationally if needed) and remotely, host webinar trainings and perform onsite trainings in our client’s offices. In addition, the trainer may be asked to provide secondary customer support as needed.
This position will be part of Omnna’s Implementation Team and report to the Implementation Manager and senior management. This position will be located in Southlake, TX with travel up to 20 weeks per year.
