Sales Collateral/Marketing Specialist

Position Summary

Omnna.com (operated by Green Team Holdings, LLC) is looking for a motivated full-time employee to create sales collateral, sales presentations and support the sales process. This job is to generate and close new sales opportunities for Omnna cloud SaaS ERP, predominantly in Automotive Aftermarket/service, Construction Equipment Dealers, Manufacturers and Food Processors. Current Omnna customers are in Automotive and Lumber & Building Materials. Specter is focused in select underserved niche markets that provide a competitive advantage over traditional legacy ERP tools.   • Marketing support to include presentations, proposals, collateral material (sell sheets, website content, templates for presentations, etc.).
  • Communication oversight to include press releases – internally and externally.
  • Policy/process communication internally.
  • Field media requests.
  • Assemble/support FAQ and related product introduction (internal/external).
  • Conferences & Event Planning Support.
  • Email marketing.
  • Webinar hosting.
  • Branding, logos, graphics.
  • Reporting, troubleshooting, training, back-end administration.

What’s Required:

  • Experience: Sales Support and content/collateral development, Powerpoints, presesntations, cover letters, opportunity summaries (Required)
  • Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)
  • Location:Southlake, TX (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
